Tributes and Memorials
Tribute Gifts - A donation to the arboretum is a unique and thoughtful way to mark a special occasion.
Trees - Celebrate the life of someone special with a tree dedication. The dedication includes a personalized recognition plaque for the natural life of the tree.
Benches - A bench dedication offers a wonderful place to rest and reflect while enjoying the beautiful Arboretum grounds. Each bench, expected to last 25 years, includes an engraved brass plaque.
Memorial Funds - The Arboretum may be designated to receive donations in lieu of flowers as part of a memorial service. All donors will receive FDBA recognition.
Tree Dedication Donation Details
Support the Friends of the Deerfield Beach through a donation to honor a loved one on a tree plaque. Tree dedications will be added to existing informational tree plaques to offer donors a unique opportunity to include a special person to the beautiful diversity of the Arboretum.
The price for a Tree Dedication is $1,500. Due to South Florida’s tropical weather conditions, Tree Dedication may be renewed every five years.
You'll have an opportunity to include the name of the honoree or person being remembered on the tree plaque. Wording may include up to one (1) line of up to 30 characters (including spaces) per line. Donors will also receive an acknowledgement letter.

Commemorative Bench Donation Details
Support the Friends of the Deerfield Beach Arboretum through a donation in honor of a loved one. A Commemorative Bench is a meaningful gesture to mark a special moment or remember a loved one. These benches provide a serene spot in the garden for contemplation.
The price for a Commemorative Bench is $3,000. Due to South Florida’s tropical weather conditions, Commemorative Benches may be renewed every five years.
You'll have an opportunity to include the inscription for the bench plaque as well as the honoree or the person being remembered. Wording may include up to three (3) lines of up to 25 characters (including spaces) per line. Donors will also receive an acknowledgement letter.
